ChicagoPartyShot.com Announces Cub Crawl 2009 Benefiting TheBoomFoundation.org

Chicago, Illinois, June 1, 2009 - Cub Crawl 2009 (CubCrawl.com) is a pub crawl during a baseball game (Chicago Cubs vs. Chicago White Sox) – 9 Bars, 9 Innings.  One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit The Boom Foundation (TheBoomFoundation.org).

Cub Crawl 2009 will take place in the Wrigleyville (Lakeview) neighborhood around Wrigley Field on June 27th.  Jim McArdle wrote in his book,  Living the Dream: An Inside Account of the 2008 Cubs Season (2009), about Cub Crawl 2008, “Why be locked in the Cell when we have a neighborhood concentrated with more taverns and watering holes than any other in the city? Its perfect terrain for a pub crawl.”

This year’s Cub Crawl will benefit The Boom Foundation (theboomfoundation.org). This organization was founded by a group of young professionals dedicated to improving the quality of life for the elderly in our communities. Their mission is to provide the means to ensure that the elderly in our society are not left behind.

Cub Crawl 2009 will be a fun, social event where participants are encouraged to show their support for their favorite/ home baseball team.  This is a baseball pub crawl, not a Cubs/Sox pub crawl.   More importantly, we’re helping those who’ve grown older, in some cases, alone.

For additional information on Cub Crawl 2009 benefiting The Boom Foundation, contact Matthew Hodges or visit www.CubCrawl.com.
